A challenging project completed in December 2023 at the request of DIMAND Co.
The collaborations with Mr. Antonis Plyta in the Evaluation of the Mechanical Equipment of the complex and with ARXEION TAXIS in Historical Research and Documentation can only be described as successful.
All the machinery of the factory was thoroughly studied and the production process of the historical monument was mapped in order to save and highlight many of them unique in Greece, after the reconfiguration of the complex by DIMAND in various uses of cultural, residential and other interest.
The detailed historical research recorded all aspects of the course of the FIX brewery in Greece over time.
