Αναμνηστική φωτογραφία από την ποδηλατάδα στο Βόλο
On June 9, 2019 an "Industrial cycling tour" was organized (ie a tour with bicycles in the industrial past of Volos) in the buildings, in the history and their founders. Of particular interest was the stopover at the Volos Railway Station, where the stationmaster George Apostoleris, in his own unique way, travelled us through time, in the era of Evaristo de Chirico and the Thessalian Railways. This industrial tour was co-organized by the General State Archives of Magnesia and VIDA.
Annita Prassa, Angeliki Nikolaou, Alkistis Sanida (from Archives of Magnesia) and Iraklis Fassourakis, Maria Daniel, Marilena Vakalopoulou (from V.I.D.A) have participated in the tour.
We warmly thank the Voluntary Rescue Team of Magnesia and the Traffic Police for their support throughout this long journey and we hope to be given the opportunity to meet again at a similar event soon.
